Answers You Need

WHAT ARE THE HOURS FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP?

Customers can pick up most items from 8 am to 5 pm. Items not returned within the designated time frame are subject to additional fees. If you are picking up large items such as bounce houses, a truck or trailer is needed.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER EQUIPMENT?

Our recommendations are:

6-9 people per 6ft buffet table

30 people seated in a10x30 tent

45-50 people standing in a10x30 tent

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR RENTALS?

A valid State ID or Military ID is required for all rentals. Card, Paypal, or Venmo payments only, no cash rentals. The cardholder must be present.

MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION

All items need to be returned in the same condition they were rented. Cleaning or damage fees will be charged on all items not returned in the same condition they were rented.

We are not responsible for the loading or unloading of your vehicle; we will attempt to help the best we can but are not responsible for any damage.
